The Granth contains compositions of six Sikh Gurus, fifteen Bhagats, eleven Bhatts, and four Sikhs, reflecting a universal, inclusive spiritual vision5

Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji contains the compositions (bani) of fifteen Bhagats, revered saints from diverse regions, languages, and spiritual backgrounds.
